Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your order

You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched. Contact us with your order number and we will cancel it and refund any payment in full.

Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. Our returns and exchange policy then applies.

Cancellation by SIMVOLI

We may cancel an order if the piece is no longer available, if there is an obvious error in its price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, any payment is refunded in full.
