7-day returns and exchange

You may return or exchange a piece within 7 days of delivery if:

  • it is unworn and unaltered;
  • the SIMVOLI tag is intact; and
  • it comes with its original packaging and invoice.

Exceptions

  • Earrings: exchange only, for hygiene reasons.
  • Ring size: exchange is free, subject to availability of the size.
  • Pieces that have been worn, altered, resized elsewhere or damaged after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.

Wrong or damaged item

If you receive a wrong or damaged piece, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your opening video. SIMVOLI will arrange and pay for the return and send a replacement or a full refund.

How to return or exchange

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
  2. We will confirm the return and how to send the piece back.
  3. Once the piece passes our quality check, we process the exchange or refund.

Refunds

Refunds are made within 7 working days of the returned piece passing our quality check: to the original payment method for prepaid orders, and to your bank account or UPI ID for cash on delivery orders.

Exchange at the showroom

Online purchases can be exchanged at our Civil Lines showroom within 7 days of delivery. Please bring the piece with its tag and your invoice.
