Products
- Every SIMVOLI piece is 925 sterling silver. SIMVOLI guarantees its 92.5% purity and takes full responsibility for it.
- Weights shown are gross weights, stones included.
- Jewellery is finished by hand, and screens show colour differently, so a piece may differ slightly from its photographs.
Prices and payment
- Prices are tag prices in Indian rupees. 3% GST is added at checkout.
- Payment is made online through our payment partner, or by cash on delivery for orders up to ₹5,000.
- If a piece is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund any payment in full.
Orders
An order is accepted when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order if a piece is unavailable or if we suspect fraud.
Shipping, returns and services
These are governed by our Shipping Policy, Returns & Exchange, Cancellation Policy and Re-plating & Service Terms.
Intellectual property
The SIMVOLI name, logo, photographs and content on this website belong to SIMVOLI and may not be used without written permission.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
